In this recipe, there is a little journey. The wild blueberry, round, fruity, almost gentle. And the yuzu, this Japanese lemon with a bumpy skin, which scents without imposing. One is silent, the other expected; from their meeting arises a jam of a summer evening violet. In the white lacquered jar, it has the presence of a rare object. On the brioche, it becomes simple, sweet, just. An author's recipe, cooked in a copper cauldron in the workshop of the 12th. For those who love when two worlds finally come to understand each other. "Seriously the most delicious jam. Made in France with ingredients you can trust. I’ll never go back to store bought. I’ve gift these for two Christmas’s. Definitely worth the money and plus the empty jars are great decorations !"
