This wine is the result of our experiences from previous vintages, as one can see the wine years later. The acidity from the 2021 vintage predisposes it for a long life, and our main task was to find the right balance between the individual varieties. Each of these varieties contributed to the wine's uniqueness, elegance, and potential. The aroma of the wine is pleasantly sweet with a fruity undertone and an elegant expression of wooden barrels. In taste, the wine is full, smooth with notes of black berry fruits and a pleasantly integrated wood tone with a hint of acidity, which predisposes it for a long aging potential.
