ACTION AND APPLICATION: It stimulates the release of gases from the digestive system, secretion of saliva and gastric juice, and is also used in cases of loss of appetite. Long-term and excessive use of this plant is not recommended. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as children under 12 years old.

PREPARATION: Pour 1 teaspoon (about 3 g) of finely chopped or coarsely ground plant with 150 ml (1 cup) of boiling water. Let it steep in a covered container for 3-5 minutes, then strain. Drink as needed. Avoid long-term and excessive use.
