ACTION AND APPLICATION: In folk medicine, it is used as an aid for weight loss, diabetes, bladder inflammation, gout, and rheumatism. It is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as children under 12 years old.

PREPARATION: Pour 0.5 g (1 teaspoon) of corn silk with about 150 ml (1 cup) of cold water, briefly heat, let it sit covered for 5 minutes, and then strain. Drink 1-2 cups of freshly prepared tea daily.
