ACTION AND APPLICATION: Dandelion root is used for digestive issues, problems with bile flow, and lack of appetite. In folk medicine, it is also used as a blood purifier. It is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 12 years old.
PREPARATION: 1-3 g (1-2 teaspoons) of finely chopped herb is poured with 150 ml of cold water and briefly heated. Leave covered for 10-15 minutes and then strain. Drink the prepared tea 3 times a day. Do not exceed a daily dose of 10 g (about 7 teaspoons).
