Freeze-dried fruit is 100% pure fruit from which water has been removed. It is crisply dried, retaining its color, flavor, and up to 98% of its nutritional values, making it almost identical to the original fruit. It contains no preservatives. It can be rehydrated or consumed directly as a healthy snack. Great also for breakfast in porridge, yogurt, or for making sorbets, smoothies, or mixed drinks.
BRIX – Grown for Flavour offers you the highest quality fruit, grown in exceptionally fertile soil in a pristine environment.
