ACTION AND APPLICATION: It is most commonly used in phytotherapy and folk medicine for depression. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as children under 12 years old.
PREPARATION: Pour 2-4 g of dried herb with about 150 ml (1 cup) of boiling water. Let it steep covered for 10-15 minutes and then strain. Drink as needed.
