The fermentation of Mitarte White with Barrel Entrepeñas takes place in French oak barrels for 4 months, completing its production with a resting period of 3 months in the barrels, where the technique "Battonage" is used to enhance the qualities of the wine.

Furthermore, the same temperature is maintained at all points of the container, which is fundamental for the wine.
