ACTION AND APPLICATION: It promotes urination and increases urine output, thus being used as a cleansing agent for the body. In folk medicine, nettle is also used for scalp care, stimulating hair growth, and against dandruff.

PREPARATION: Pour 2 g (1 tablespoon) of finely chopped plant with about 150 ml (1 cup) of boiling water. Let it steep covered for 10 minutes and then strain. Drink 3-4 times a day, one cup of this prepared tea. It is recommended not to exceed a daily dose of 8-12 g.
