PREPARATION: Pour 1.5 g (1 teaspoon) of coarsely chopped herb with about 150 ml of cold water and heat until boiling. Let it boil for about 1 minute, then remove from heat and let it sit covered for 10 minutes, and finally strain. Drink 2-3 times a day one cup of tea prepared this way.
