ACTION AND APPLICATION: To stimulate mucus secretion and alleviate irritation of the mucous membranes in cases of upper respiratory tract catarrh, bronchitis, and similar cold-related difficulties. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as children under 12 years old.

PREPARATION: Pour 2 g (2 teaspoons) of the plant with about 150 ml (1 cup) of boiling water. Let it steep covered for 10-15 minutes and then strain. Drink one cup in the morning and evening, preferably hot tea sweetened with honey. The daily dose is 4 g.
