ACTION AND APPLICATION: In external use, it is used as an aid in the therapy of rheumatic complaints as the active substances from rosemary enhance blood circulation. Rosemary is widely used as a culinary herb, especially in Mediterranean cuisine, and in folk applications, it is also used as a preservative and as an antioxidant. It is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 12 years old.

PREPARATION: Pour 2 g (1 teaspoon) of crushed herb with 150 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, let it steep covered for 10-15 minutes, and then strain. Drink one cup up to 3-4 times a day. The daily dose is 6 g. For preparing a bath, pour 50-100 g of the herb with 1 liter of boiling water, let it steep covered for 15-30 minutes, and then strain. Add the strained extract to the bath or use it for compresses.
