Winemaker's Diary:
The grapes were pressed after crushing. After obtaining the must, it was statically clarified and fermented with pure culture. Fermentation took place at lower temperatures. The fermentation was stopped so that the wine met the conditions of the category - semi-sweet wine. After stopping the fermentation, the wine was racked off the gross lees, clarified, and trained. After achieving the necessary sensory characteristics, it was bottled.
Food Pairing Recommendation:
Goose breasts stuffed with chestnut filling, served with braised red onions, pumpkin puree, and rich homemade potato pancakes; Homemade bread pudding with sweetened cottage cheese and grated apple.
Wine Service:
At a temperature of 8 - 10 °C in slightly closed tulip glasses with a volume of 450 – 500 ml.
