ACTION AND APPLICATION: Used for restlessness caused by nervousness and for calming before sleep. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 12 years old.

PREPARATION: Pour 3 g (1 teaspoon) of the herb with 150 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, let it steep covered for 10-15 minutes, and then strain. Drink one cup as needed multiple times a day. For preparing a bath with valerian, add 100 g of root to a full bathtub.
