The steel is used in all components and details, and is always applied in generous thicknesses that ensure excellent heat distribution and deformation resistance over time. All stainless steel cooking pieces are equipped with a special thermodiffuser bottom patented by Tarcisio Zani - USA patent 4204607 - consisting of a core of pure aluminum 'trapped' inside a double bottom of stainless steel. The use of this bottom allows for optimal heat distribution over the body of the pot with minimal energy expenditure, and the possibility of using utensils on gas, electric plates, ceramic glass, and induction. All handles are designed to slow down heat transmission, paying attention to materials, shapes, and contact surfaces with the body of the pot. The lid fits into a conical shape that prevents it from jumping during cooking and from releasing steam, thus wasting heat unnecessarily.
