How It Can Help
Discover the magic of walking barefoot right at home. The wooden reflex mat is designed to activate important points on the feet that have a direct connection to the functioning of the entire body. Thanks to the uneven, natural surface, you will experience a feeling similar to walking on a forest path – regardless of the weather or season.
- Massage and stimulation of reflex points: The mat gently massages the soles of the feet and stimulates acupressure points, which can have a beneficial effect on internal organs, muscles, and mental health.
- Relief from fatigue: After standing for a long time or after a demanding day, just a few minutes of walking on the mat will literally revive your feet. It helps with the feeling of heavy legs or stiffness.
- Support for balance: The surface of the mat forces the foot to work naturally, engaging deep muscles, improving stability, and helping to develop motor skills and body awareness.
- Relaxation and good mood: Foot massage brings relaxation, reduces stress and tension. A few minutes daily on the mat will improve not only your physical but also your mental well-being. And a smile is guaranteed 😊
- Natural material and gentle processing: The mat is made from high-quality, durable wood. It is not varnished – instead, it is treated with safflower oil, which protects the wood while preserving its natural structure and scent. No color, no odor, no chemicals – ideal for sensitive skin and children's feet.
- Usage tip: Use the mat for 5–10 minutes daily. You can walk on it, stand, or just step on it and breathe deeply – that is enough to activate the reflex points.
Awaken your feet and kickstart the energy of your entire body. Reflex walking at home, at work, or in the garden, relief during any activity or prolonged standing.
