Upon tasting, Biarritz Bonheur offers a fresh, intense, and slightly spicy peppermint liqueur. The sweetness of the mint balances with the aromatic depth of the peppers, creating a vibrant, elegant, and original palate. Best served chilled between 8 and 12 °C, it is ideally enjoyed as a digestif, on ice, in a 'trou normand' with lemon-mint sorbet, or lengthened with tonic or sparkling water for a lighter version.
