Chmelíček is also excellent in salads or on an egg omelet.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eHow we make it\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe \u003cstrong\u003eobtain the hop shoots from Moravia.\u003c\/strong\u003e From the beginning, we have been collaborating with the agricultural cooperative Kokory near Přerov. Although the preparation of Chmelíček is not easy, in the end, it is a delicacy that is worth the effort. Collecting a kilo of hop shoots is an infinitely long task. Then we must thoroughly rinse the hops to remove all the dirt they collected on their way from the soil. After that, we fill the shoots into jars, pour in the flavored brine, and seal them.
