The company RUDOLF JELÍNEK acquired its own fruit dryer in 2011, which allows us to offer you dried plums made in the traditional way without the use of chemical preservatives.
The plums used come exclusively from our own Vizovice orchards.
They look great as a gift together with one of our vintage Vizovice plum brandies.
We also recommend serving the plums as a so-called "Wallachian drowned man" with your favorite plum brandy from our selection. Place a dried plum on a toothpick with R. JELÍNEK flag. After a short infusion of the fruit, drink the plum brandy and then enjoy the dried plum.
