Gel Polish (Permanent Polish) Base & Finish can be flexibly used as a base under gel polish (permanent polish) or as a top coat over gel polish (permanent polish), gel, acrylic gel, or acrylic. Drying time is 60 seconds in a LED lamp or 120 seconds in a UV lamp.
