How it can help
Olive oil infused with lemon balm has a number of great effects due to the combination of moisturizing, soothing, and antioxidant properties of both ingredients. Here are some of the main benefits:
- Antioxidant protection: Herbal oil with lemon balm contains antioxidants that protect the skin from oxidative stress and promote a healthy and beautiful appearance.
- Anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects: The oil helps reduce inflammation and fight bacteria, which can improve the condition of various skin problems and enhance skin health.
- Hydration and nourishment: Lemon balm oil deeply hydrates and nourishes the skin, which is beneficial for dry and sensitive skin. Regular use provides important vitamins from both the oil and the herb to the skin, resulting in beautifully supple skin.
- Very mild scent: The oil has only a very faint scent due to the presence of olive oil and lemon balm, purely the scent of natural macerate. This means it does not irritate the skin but soothes it instead.
- Bath for inducing well-being: By adding a few drops of oil to warm water while filling the bathtub, you can create a bath for a weary mind and body. Lemon balm can have a calming effect on our senses, so immersing in a bath with this herb brings peace and comfort. It also beautifully calms the skin after a demanding day and relaxes tense muscles.
- Practical use: All our oils are sold in bottles with droppers, allowing for very easy application exactly where you need it. There is no risk of spilling a large amount of oil at once; you can drop exactly as much as needed. This method helps the oil last longer and is also a much more hygienic way of application.
This oil can be applied as a moisturizing and soothing agent, added to baths or used for massages, and you will especially love it for its relaxing effects due to the contained lemon balm.
