Lux, saucepan with a diameter of 16 cm, without lid. A series of pots made of 18/10 stainless steel, polished to a mirror finish on the outside, the Lux line is suitable for induction and ceramic glass cooktops, as well as traditional cooking surfaces. The high-thickness thermodiffuser base is composed of 99% aluminum, trapped in a layer of steel: this allows for uniform heat distribution across the entire body of the utensil. Love for well-made things, attention to the relationship between beauty and functionality of the object, and the pursuit of innovative and original design: this is felt when cooking with a pot made in Italy by Serafino Zani. Serafino Zani still manufactures its pots in the company in Lumezzane, Brescia, using exclusively high-quality stainless steel (18/10 stainless steel). This material is the only one that guarantees maximum hygiene in contact with food, almost eternal durability, and extreme ease of cleaning and maintenance. The steel is used in all components and details, and is always applied in generous thicknesses that ensure excellent heat distribution and resistance over time. All steel cooking pieces are equipped with a special patented thermodiffuser base by Tarcisio Zani - USA patent 4204607 - consisting of a core of pure aluminum 'trapped' inside a double bottom of stainless steel. The use of this base allows for optimal heat distribution on the pot's body with minimal energy expenditure, and the possibility of using the utensils on gas, electric plates, ceramic glass, and induction. All handles are designed to slow down heat transmission, paying attention to materials, shapes, and contact surfaces with the pot's body. The lid fits into a conical shape that prevents it from jumping during cooking and from releasing steam, thus wasting heat unnecessarily. The design philosophy of Serafino Zani has always been based on aesthetic-technological research and maximum satisfaction of the end user, through the creation of high-quality everyday objects that are pleasant to use and do not create discomfort or maintenance difficulties. The pots produced by Serafino Zani are thus high-design objects, with high thicknesses (a synonym for resistance and durability), excellent and accurate finishes, allowing for ease of use and cleaning. The package includes 1 saucepan with a diameter of 16 cm, without lid.
