The best beer this spring — Limoncello IPA made from real lemons. This time we can't hide our excitement — a refreshing brew made from real lemons and lemon peels awaits us. Believe me when we say, you haven't tasted anything like this before! We made it from barley malt, to which we added real lemon juice, giving it a lively character. Additionally, we included various hop varieties, including the legendary Sabro, to emphasize the lemon flavor and add a subtle bitterness that balances the sweetness of the malt and alcohol. What was the process? You probably remember how we hand-peeled 100 kg of lemons in 2022? We said we would never do that again. Therefore, for this year's Limoncello IPA, we sought already peeled and juiced lemons and brewed again the refreshing and aromatic beer that you praised so much last year. We based it on the classic IPA recipe and added lemon juice, aromatic and fragrant hops during brewing. But it's not just about the ingredients. It's about the drinking experience. Close your eyes, take a sip, and you will feel like you are in the middle of a sunny lemon grove somewhere in southern Italy, surrounded by the fresh scent of lemons. The result is divine. Just from the aroma, your mouth will start to water. The citrus flavor is perfectly balanced with a solid 8.5% alcohol that will warm you up a bit and fill you with energy. Fresh, citrus flavors blend perfectly with the hoppy aromas of a classic IPA, creating a truly unique gourmet experience. Limoncello IPA is part of the Pelicon Cockt-Ale family. Beer has been used in cocktails for centuries. Whether it's a simple radler or a more bombastic mix of beer and spirits. But in reality, they never really caught on — they were never that good. Unlike submarines and diesels, which guarantee only a headache along with nostalgia, our selection of cocktails is something entirely different.
