Olympia saucepan with a diameter of 24 cm (without lid), made of high-thickness 18/10 stainless steel. Polished to a mirror finish on the outside and satin-finished on the inside for easier daily cleaning. Spacious and with a classic design, suitable for induction and traditional cooktops. Olympia is distinguished by its voluptuous, rounded shape, with wide proportions that are inviting and reassuring, resembling the pots of the past and elevating it to an archetype of kitchen utensils. The exterior is polished to a mirror finish, while the interior is finely satin-finished. Olympia is made of 18/10 stainless steel, with a very thick triple bottom, allowing it to be used for any type of cooking, including induction, and enhancing the characteristics of all culinary traditions: generous in function as well as in form. Perfect for all types of cooktops (induction, gas, electric plates, and ceramic glass). Olympia allows skilled cooks, cooking enthusiasts, and everyday users to experiment, even through this appealing shape, with a "well-rounded cooking" experience. Olympia highlights the typical characteristics of Serafino Zani's production: the use of high-quality, thick materials, great attention to detail and finishes, and the inclusion of the patented Zani thermodiffuser bottom, ensuring uniform heat conductivity and a consequent reduction in energy consumption. Love for well-made things, attention to the relationship between beauty and functionality of the object, and the pursuit of innovative and original design: this is perceived when using a pot made in Italy by Serafino Zani. Important: the items in the Olympia line are, for the same diameter, the kitchen utensils with the largest capacity currently available on the market. Serafino Zani manufactures its pots in the company located in Lumezzane, Brescia, using exclusively high-quality stainless steel. The steel is used in all components and details, and is always applied in generous thicknesses that ensure constant heat distribution and durability over time. The pot features a special thermodiffuser bottom patented by Tarcisio Zani - USA patent 4204607 - consisting of a core of pure aluminum 'trapped' inside a double bottom of stainless steel. The use of this bottom allows for optimal heat distribution across the body of the pot with minimal energy expenditure, and the possibility of using the utensils on gas, electric plates, ceramic glass, and induction. The edge of the pot is designed to allow for very precise fitting of the lid, preventing steam from escaping quickly, wasting heat, and ensuring the lid does not rattle. The handles of Serafino Zani are designed to significantly slow down heat transmission, paying attention to materials, shapes, and contact surfaces with the body of the pot. Specifically, the handles are made from a rod of 18/10 stainless steel, bent into an arc and subsequently worked at the welded part to make the weld more resistant to impacts. The highly curved shape of the handles makes it easy to grip and slows down overheating due to proximity to the body of the pot. Love for well-made things, attention to the relationship between beauty and functionality of the object, and the pursuit of innovative and original design: this is perceived when holding a pot made in Italy by Serafino Zani. The package includes a saucepan with a diameter of 24 cm, without a lid.
