The handle of the Sukaldia is crafted from boxwood from the Basque Country, a noble material that provides both a warm aesthetic and a comfortable grip. Each handle is unique due to the natural variations in the wood's grain and color.

Care Instructions
To preserve the quality of the blade and handle, it is recommended to wash the knife by hand and to wipe the blade immediately after cleaning. The use of a dishwasher should be avoided. Dimensions and characteristics
The Sukaldia presented here measures approximately 30 cm long, with a 16 cm blade made of raw tempered XC75 carbon steel, providing an ideal balance between robustness and maneuverability.
