Founded in 1895 by Jacques Damestoy in Bayonne, Maison Pariès is a historic family-owned company and one of the most respected names in Basque gastronomy. For more than 130 years, the house has preserved its artisanal know-how across five generations, creating chocolates, pastries, confectionery, and ice creams that celebrate both heritage and creativity. Today, under the leadership of Céline Pariès, the company remains committed to using the finest ingredients, carefully sourced from trusted producers—from Madagascar cocoa and vanilla to Espelette pepper and Marcona almonds.
