This particular cask was selected by renowned Slovak bartenders, ambassadors, and rum enthusiasts during a cask tasting from other remarkable options. The final selection aims to bring a unique and original interpretation of the classic once again. Therefore, secondary continental aging took place in a long-used cask, which this time was not intended to leave a pronounced finish, but rather to serve as a permeable aging vessel that allows the rum to 'breathe' and develop its strengths in all their beauty. It was bottled at a modified strength that best highlights its sensory properties and is traditionally dedicated to the rum celebration that Trnava Rum Fest undoubtedly is. As the third festival edition of the Michler single cask continues to develop the thematic collection, it enriches the previous pair on a journey mapping traditional rum destinations in Central America and the Caribbean, presenting them in its own unique way. The original aroma of molasses and spices, along with the corresponding fruity and somewhat spicy taste from the places of origin, has been complemented by light notes of caramel, old wood with touches of chocolate and vanilla, creating a complex tasting experience of yet another and unrepeatable rum. The characteristic finish predisposes it for slow savoring. Or in a luxurious tiki drink. It's up to you.
