The archival mead Elisa, vintage 2019, is a masterful blend of honey and selected herbs. Mead without added sugar and alcohol is produced according to an original family recipe from 1973. Thanks to several years of aging in barrels, it offers a perfect taste experience. 

The original mead is the flagship of the Elisa brand. Its unique sweet-bitter taste is the result of the honey, herbs, and spices used. This mead has won many awards in the Czech Republic and abroad and is our best-selling mead.
