The story of the GOLDCOCK brand began in 1969 in a former brewery in Těšetice near Olomouc. At that time, our predecessors attempted to produce whisky that would be recognizable as different and original at first taste. Thus, the story of the original Czech whisky made from Czech barley, maturing in oak barrels from Czech wood, was born. Our goal is to continue this tradition and preserve what makes our whisky unique. GOLDCOCK whisky is now distilled in modern Arnold Holstein stills, while all other parts of the production remain original and, in many ways, historical. We believe that this combination of the new with the old will be the best way to preserve the values of the GOLDCOCK whisky brand.
