Appearance: cherry yellow color with green reflections

Palate: well-structured, creamy, with balanced acidity and a long, mineral finish

Perfect for seafood and characterful fish: hake, turbot, lobster, and spider crab from the estuary. Its structure also allows it to accompany white meat dishes and semi-cured Galician cheeses. Serve between 9 and 11°C.
