The peach contains vitamin C and, in smaller quantities, vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, and B6. It has a low glycemic index and is therefore capable of countering appetite spikes. Thanks to the presence of magnesium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, and selenium, it performs a protective action on cells, repairing them from the damage of time.
