Did you think that for sweet and juicy figs you have to go all the way to the Mediterranean? Wrong. This year we achieved a small miracle. We present to you the first batch of our Moravian Fig Jam – a unique jam made from figs that ripened under the generous sun of South Moravia, right near Kyjov.
This jam is proof that the Moravian climate can surprise. We harvested the figs at their peak ripeness, when they are full of honey sweetness and irresistible aroma. The result is a jam that combines exotic flavor with genuine Moravian care.
This is our absolute novelty and rarity. Since this is the first harvest processed in this way, we produced only just under 200 jars this year. Each jar is thus a small collectible piece that is sure to attract attention on your table (or as a gift).
