How to cook prawns: Grilled: very hot grill with a little oil, 1-2 minutes on each side. Coarse salt when serving. For boiled: water with plenty of salt, 2-3 minutes and directly into ice water to stop the cooking.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Consume within 24-48 hours after receiving the order.
