This red wine vinegar is made from high-quality organic red wine through natural bacterial fermentation. Unlike regular vinegars, it is unfiltered and unpasteurized — meaning it retains natural enzymes, bacteria, and the so-called vinegar mother.
The vinegar is not diluted, contains no added sugars, colorings, or preservatives. The result is a rich flavor with a mild acidity and the character of red wine, ideal for enhancing the taste of dishes and salads.
