Vizovice Apple Distillate 42% 0.7l

Moravian Apple Distillate is a 42% spirit made from a typical Moravian variety of apples. The fruit is processed in a specific way. Half is distilled traditionally as mash, and from the other half, we prepare juice, which is first fermented and then distilled. Both distillates are mixed and aged in oak barrels, which previously aged whisky. As a result, the distillate has a golden color, aromas of apple cores and vanilla, and in taste, we sense sweet apples with notes of cinnamon, vanilla, and a subtle hint of clove.

The Moravian apple variety has been grown in Moravia for a long time – it is one of the most valued Moravian varieties, and therefore we use this variety for the production of apple brandy. The apples come from our Vizovice orchards R. JELÍNEK, specifically from the orchard in Těchlov, part of Střelnice.

Any cloudiness in the bottle is of a natural character and is caused by the absence of filtration. It is a physicochemical phenomenon that has no effect on the safety of the product but may affect its aesthetic properties.
