The Discovery Box – Aged Sirloin Steak is an invitation to travel through the great cattle breeding regions of the world. Each piece is carefully selected, cut from the sirloin – an iconic tasting cut – then aged in our cellars to reveal the aromatic richness of its breed and terroir.

Butcher's tip: Take your sirloin steaks out of the fridge at least 1 hour before cooking. For each piece, prefer a quick sear over high heat on each side, then let rest under foil. A pinch of fleur de sel at the end will be enough to reveal all its complexity.
