Traditionally known as stuffed bucho, Dom Bucho is much more than a typical dish; it is a testament to love for Beira gastronomy and Portuguese tradition.
With poultry and pork meat from Dom Porco da Sertã as the base of its preparation, the bread, ham, eggs, and natural orange juice added to the recipe give it a rich, soft, and sweet filling.
A traditional Portuguese delicacy that is easy to prepare.
Preparation Method: place the bucho in the oven for 20 minutes at 170ºC, wrapped in aluminum foil or parchment paper. Open the paper and let the skin toast for another 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve the bucho sliced thickly, with orange slices, homemade fries, and seasonal salad or vegetables. A true prince's lunch.
