DOM MARANHO FROM SERTÃ is one of our traditional delicacies that takes great pride in its origins and being Portuguese. In its preparation, we use goat meat, pork belly, cured ham, lean sausage, mint, and rice, giving it a flavored, fresh, and light taste.
Preparation Method: Place the maranho in boiling water for 20 minutes, with fresh mint.
Serve the maranho as a main dish, accompanied by salad or seasonal vegetables and homemade fries. A true king's lunch.
