This set was inspired by Spain and their famous tapas.
Tapas represent a lifestyle there – the joy of spending time together, meeting friends, and sharing pleasures. They are diverse small bites made from local ingredients, often served as an accompaniment to drinks. Whether it's cheese, meat, vegetables, or fruit, their excellent taste and shared consumption with loved ones are always important. Tapas have no limits; anything can be combined.

Slanináda - a unique bacon delicacy that combines the taste of roasted smoked bacon, onions, garlic, and spices with a touch of nut paste. Its pronounced sweet-salty flavor with a slightly spicy finish is perfect for warm toasts, mini burgers, or with roasted vegetables and cheeses.
Svatojánské ořechy - unripe green walnuts pickled in sweet syrup with Christmas spices. Sliced thinly, they beautifully garnish and flavor cheeses, meat pâtés, or desserts.
Chmelíček - young spring hop shoots pickled in a sweet-sour brine with herbal aromas. They taste like asparagus tips with a slightly bitter finish and are a great substitute for pickles with sausages or smoked meats.
Zelené jarní mandle - unripe spring green almonds from the Sonberk winery pickled in a delicate sweet-sour brine. They have a pleasantly crunchy texture and a fruity flavor reminiscent of white peaches. They are an unusual addition to salads, tartare, fresh cheeses, and desserts.
Škvarkoláda - a spread made from smoked cracklings with baked apples, black garlic, and dried plums in wine. It has layered flavors from smoky cracklings to sweet-sour fruity notes and can simply be spread on toasted baguette or complemented with pickled vegetables.
Višně z Líšně - pitted juicy cherries in a strong sweet-sour brine with garlic and fragrant spices. Their unique, fruity-spicy flavor perfectly complements both fresh and grilled cheeses, game pâtés, and dark meats.
