Stripes, pot for induction or flame, diameter 24 cm. Made of 18/10 stainless steel with a satin finish and a style that is exquisitely New York industrial, very contemporary. The elegance of their Lombard texture emphasizes the material structure, created through the micro-casting process of steel. Perfect for all types of cooking surfaces: induction, gas, electric plates, and ceramic glass. Made of high-thickness 18/10 stainless steel. Stripes embodies the typical characteristics of Serafino Zani's production: the use of high-quality, thick materials, great attention to details and finishes, equipped with a patented heat-diffusing bottom, ensuring uniform heat conductivity and a consequent reduction in consumption. Love for well-made things, attention to the relationship between beauty and functionality of the object, pursuit of innovative and original design: this is perceived when using a pot manufactured in Italy by Serafino Zani. Note: the pot is sold without a lid, which can be purchased separately. Liliana Bonomi, who over the years has designed some of the most beautiful and representative objects of Serafino Zani's design, is the creator of Stripes, the line of pots officially presented in Milan in January 2016. In Stripes, the essential, classic profile of the pot body is captured by the aesthetic and formal power of the handles. The elegance of their Lombard texture emphasizes the material structure, created through the micro-casting process of AISI 304 stainless steel. Thus, in this work, the elegance and strength of Liliana Bonomi's design language and Serafino Zani's vocation for creating authentic and undoubtedly original products are recognized. Love for well-made things, attention to the relationship between beauty and functionality of the object, pursuit of innovative and original design: this is perceived when cooking with a pot manufactured in Italy by Serafino Zani. Serafino Zani still manufactures its pots in the company in Lumezzane, Brescia, using exclusively high-quality stainless steel (18/10 stainless steel). This material is the only one that guarantees maximum hygiene in contact with food, almost eternal durability, and extreme ease of cleaning and maintenance. The steel is used in all components and details, and is always applied in generous thicknesses that ensure excellent heat distribution and non-deformability over time. All steel cookware pieces are equipped with a special patented heat-diffusing bottom by Tarcisio Zani - USA patent 4204607 - consisting of a core of pure aluminum 'trapped' inside a double bottom of stainless steel. The use of this bottom allows optimal heat distribution over the pot body with minimal energy expenditure, and the possibility of using utensils on gas, electric plates, ceramic glass, and induction. All handles are designed to slow down heat transmission, paying attention to materials, shapes, and contact surfaces with the pot body. The lid fits into a conical shape that prevents it from jumping during cooking and allows steam to escape without wasting heat. The design philosophy of Serafino Zani has always been based on aesthetic-technological research and maximum satisfaction of the end user, through the creation of everyday objects that are of high quality, pleasant to use, and do not create discomfort or maintenance difficulties. The pots produced by Serafino Zani are thus high-design objects, with high thicknesses (a synonym for resistance and durability), of excellent and accurate finishes, which allow ease of use and cleaning. The package includes a pot with a diameter of 24 cm, without a lid.
