Absinthe St. Antoine is the most classic representative of verte (green) absinthes. Traditional base, slightly modern expression. A combination of wine distillate and fine molasses spirit together with herbs.
AMAVE is a representative of lighter blanche (clear) absinthes in the Swiss style. A combination of wine distillate and fine molasses spirit together with herbs.
Justifiée & Ancienne is a reconstruction of a historical absinthe. Full-bodied, pronounced louche. The aroma resembles old cognacs. Our best aged wine distillate together with herbs.
