Founded in 1932 in Parlan, in France’s Cantal region, Maison Laborie is a family-owned charcuterie devoted to artisanal excellence and the transmission of ancestral know-how. For four generations, the house has upheld a strong commitment to quality, selecting premium raw materials and respecting traditional methods and natural aging processes.
From its early beginnings to today, each generation has strengthened its unique identity. The cured meats are slowly crafted and matured at altitude in the Auvergne mountains, allowing complex aromas and refined textures to develop over time. More than 90 years after its creation, Maison Laborie continues to champion authenticity, sustainability, and the true taste of French terroir.
