Our pistachio butter is made from Greek pistachios, imported from our local grower in raw form. At first glance, the pistachios are different from the commonly available nuts in supermarkets. Their color ranges from deep green to purple, and they are significantly larger than mass-produced pistachios.
When the pistachios arrive, we roast them ourselves using only hot air, without any fat. This allows us to preserve the exceptional taste and quality while achieving a smooth creamy consistency in the final pistachio butter. After roasting, it is extremely important to adhere to the exact time between roasting and grinding. This time can significantly affect the final form and taste of the spread.

100% pistachio butter contains no sugar, salt, palm or other fats, preservatives, or other additives. It is also gluten-free, making it suitable for those with celiac disease. We recommend storing it in a dark, dry place at room temperature. The shelf life of the butter depends on the harvest of the pistachios, but it is typically 12 months from production. After opening, we recommend stirring and consuming within 60 days.
