- 4 cl apricot liqueur
- 20 cl sparkling water
- ice
- apricot for garnish

Fill a long glass (0.3 l) with ice, pour in the apricot liqueur, and top up with soda. Finally, garnish with an apricot.

Apricot Spritz

- 2 cl apricot liqueur
- 10 cl prosecco
- ice
- apricot (or mint and lime) for garnish

Put ice in a glass, pour in the prosecco, and then the apricot liqueur. Finally, garnish and serve.
