Fuet is a typical dried Spanish butcher's product. Its characteristic flavor is created along with special spices and also by our little helper. These are organic starters, cultures of microorganisms that create an unparalleled flavor profile during fermentation and subsequent aging.
For 100 kg of the finished product, 155 kg of meat was used.
We recommend peeling the fuet before consumption.
Its aroma develops best at room temperature before serving. After unwrapping, store in a cool environment.
The product is vacuum packed.
