We produce JÉÉGRA from game meat, which comes exclusively from Czech forests. Game meat contains minimal amounts of fat, so it is necessary to add a portion of pork meat during the production of sausages. For the production of the sausage, we use a characteristic blend of wild spices as well as cloves and garlic. To produce 100 kg of sausage, we used 150 kg of meat.
The kilogram package of sausages is equipped with a protective atmosphere. After opening, we recommend consuming it within 10 days. Store the sausages in a cool environment, preferably hanging, where air flows slightly - for example, in a ventilated cellar or chamber. Their aroma develops best at room temperature.
