Levák's chutney is an excellent chutney made from roasted vegetables, full of the fifth taste umami, produced according to the original recipe of chef Tomáš Levý. The chutney pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, especially poultry and beef, cheeses, and it also works as an accompaniment to crackers or sticks.
