Macadamia Nuts

Macadamia nuts are considered one of the most exclusive nuts, both due to the difficulty of their cultivation and primarily because of their processing. Nevertheless, according to some studies, they are the healthiest nuts overall. They contain a high proportion of health-beneficial monounsaturated fats, which among other things reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Macadamia nuts positively affect the strength of bones, joints, and teeth, support the immune system, digestion, and even help in the treatment of skin diseases. This is also why these nuts have found their permanent place not only in the food industry but also in the cosmetic industry, where high-quality macadamia oil is produced from them. This oil is excellent for healing scars, stretch marks, and also helps in the regeneration of damaged cells.
Macadamia nuts are an excellent source of vitamin E, iron, calcium, phosphorus, and potassium.
