The fermented salami MILANO is made according to a traditional Italian recipe from selected pork meat, beef, and lard, which is finely chopped and stuffed into casings to create the finest grainy red-and-white mosaic typical of this charcuterie product. It then matures for 8 to 9 weeks depending on the diameter of the salami. It has a mild spicy flavor and a naturally harmonious aroma.
It is suitable for a charcuterie platter and best combined only with bread. Its aroma develops best at room temperature before serving. After unwrapping, store the salami in a cool environment.
