Peanuts

Our peanuts are grown for us by a local Greek farmer who has his orchards north of Athens. The local climate, year-round conditions, and quality soil provide excellent conditions for their growth. The farmer supplies them to us in raw form (RAW), without shells, but also with skins. The skin gives peanuts their unmistakable flavor and preserves important nutritional values. Peanuts are actually not nuts but legumes, also known as groundnuts, and raw peanuts are not very tasty (they resemble raw peas). This is why thorough and relatively long roasting is necessary to achieve a pronounced peanut flavor and aroma. Of course, like all our nuts, peanuts are roasted only with a stream of hot air, without the use of fat. This prevents them from being burnt or otherwise degraded.

Without added sugar, salt, and palm fat. Gluten-free. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Store in a dark and dry place.
